No, we only sell brand new products. Every item in our store is fresh, sealed and in perfect condition.
Can I see the product before buying online?
Yes! You're always welcome to visit our physical store at Karim Park, Lahore to check any product in person before making a purchase or you can just massege us on whatsapp for the product picture/video.
Can I return or exchange a product if it’s faulty?
Absolutely! We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, simply contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
