Can I see the product before buying online?
Yes! You're always welcome to visit our physical store at Karim Park, Lahore to check any product in person before making a purchase or you can just massege us on whatsapp for the product picture/video.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. No matter where you are, we'll get your order to you safely and on time.
Do you sell second-hand or refurbished products?
No, we only sell brand new products. Every item in our store is fresh, sealed and in perfect condition.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days depending on your location within Pakistan. Orders within Lahore may arrive even sooner.
Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
No, there is no minimum order requirement. You can order even a single item and we'll deliver it to your doorstep.
What happens if I receive a wrong item?
If you receive a wrong item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
