What if my order is delayed?
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact our support team with your order number and we will investigate and update you immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers and online payments. We're constantly working on adding more payment options for your convenience.
Will I get a receipt or invoice for my order?
Yes, an invoice will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp after your order is confirmed. You can also request a printed receipt at our physical store.
